Returns & Warranty
Our website is filled with considerable quality and name brand diesel products. We have used these brands at our shop location in Oklahoma and feel comfortable to recommend them. We believe using quality parts reduces the number of warranty concerns. Throughout the years, we have developed a foundational working relationship with our vendors.
Products listed on this site are warrantied in accordance and at the discretion, of the manufacturer of the product. Many manufacturers require information regarding a failed product before it is removed from the truck. In some cases, the manufacturer's technical support team may walk the customer through any available common fixes or certain test parameters before authorizing a warranty return. The majority of the time, the manufacturer will issue an RGA (return goods authorization) and will repair the part under warranty guidelines. If you need assistance locating a manufacturer’s phone number and/or need a copy of a past invoice for proof of purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note, under no circumstance will any warranty be issued for installation error, contamination or damage to the product once in your control.
All product warranties, if any, have been implied at the discretion of the manufacturer. The buyer understands and agrees that Outlaw Diesel makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties. Under no circumstances shall the Outlaw Diesel be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full in-store credit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
Any item ordered custom including: bumpers, programming, color code and any other custom variations are non-refundable. Any item previously installed is non-refundable.
Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 14 days, a 10-20% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 90 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Before returning any product, Outlaw Diesel will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). An RMA number is required before returning any product.
Core returns must be received within 20 days of original purchase. Cores received after 20 day period will be at the discretion of Outlaw Diesel and Manufacture. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Then fill out the Contact Form, below. Outlaw Diesel will email you an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores. Many cores are typically sent directly to the manufacturer.
Outlaw Diesel recommends obtaining a tracking number for your return. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core's original invoiced value after inspection by manufacturer.
